Practical and soft
I bought these after the birth of my second child. I was looking for something to wear for everyday use around the house. I used the Lansinoh pads throughout nursing my first child, but I hated having to unwrap each pad...little bits of plastic everywhere, so I definitely wanted to get something that was more bulk packaged. I had used washable pads and LilyPadz, but I was looking for another option. These shrunk up nicely after a wash and were very soft. Like most hemp, they get more absorbent with subsequent washings. They are more bulky than disposables, but do the job that I got them for.

Pretty good
These work really well for me. They are soft, a good size, and have never leaked for me. I don't typically go longer than about 3 hours to nurse or pump, and I'm not a heavy leaker.I do have a few complaints though. First they do shrink to ovals... not so much of an issue but odd. They get bunched up in the wash. It is fairly simple to fix by laying them out flat and placing something heavy on them. I also find that they tend to shed, and I almost always have to remove fibers from my nipples before feeding. You also need to wash them a few times to achieve peak absorbency.Overall I prefer the BabyKicks jersey pads. Though these are more absorbent, I find those are more comfortable and are absorbent enough for my needs.

Great for nighttime - a little bulky for t-shirts
Like other reviewers mentioned, these are pretty bulky to wear with most shirts during the daytime -- you can see the outline if not wearing a lined bra. However, they are great for nighttime leaking, which is really the only time I go for longer periods without nursing or pumping. The fleece is incredibly soft and the only time I've had problem with sticking is when I don't let my breast fully dry off after nursing. Definitely would recommend for keeping dry when you're not concerned about the nursing pad profile under your clothes.

Very comfy
These pads are very soft and comfortable and surprisingly absorbent. They never feel clammy and have become my go-to pads while at home. They do show through to my clothes sometimes though, so I don't often wear them out of the house.I was a lot happier with these before I washed them since the original size was better than the size they shrunk to. While the instructions do say that the pads will shrink, I was not prepared for them to shrink from circles to ovals.

Best washable nursing pads I've found.
These are by far the best washable nursing pads I've found so far. I am a rather heavy leaker, so it's been a challenge to find washable pads that work, but I can't stand the idea of throwing away all those disposable nursing pads. These aren't perfect (they definitely aren't invisible under a thin bra or nursing tank, but I have yet to find anything that is), but they contain leaks very well and feel nice against the skin. I like them enough that I'm planning to order a few more sets.

Decent nursing pads
Like another reviewer said, these nursing pads change from circles to ovals after washed & dried a few times. I haven't found that it affects their performance, but it is interesting. They are definitely more absorbant than the cotton/jersey pads I have. And, similar to cloth diapers, they need to be washed and dried a few times to remove natural oils from the fabric and reach maximum absorbancy.

Not quiet absorbant enough and show through
These breast pads are soft and comfortable, I like the fleece outer layers. However, they really don't absorb enough to last through the day (or night for that matter). I've found that they don't wick well either -- one spot will get wet and leak through while the rest of the pad remains dry. They also suffer from not having tapered edges, so they are very visible through clothes unless you're wearing a thick bra or shirt. All that said, I still use them, as I find these breathable cotton ones much more comfortable than any of the disposable ones.

Don't stop leaks
First of all, I think I was sent the jersey pads instead of the fleece. (I can't tell for sure because there's no descriptive terms on the packaging.)Secondly, although the pads certainly absorb liquid, they do not stop leaks at all. I guess I must have a forceful let-down, because when I am nursing, the pad on the non-nursing side will end up with a wet spot all the way through, even if I use TWO pads instead of one. So I thought I would use them for overnight (my baby sleeps through the night, so I just need something to keep from getting the sheets wet). That doesn't really work either, unless I use a waterproof pad behind one of these. They're not terrible, but I wouldn't use them except for very light protection. I'll be looking for something different, with a waterproof backing.
