Packer need to be more careful when parking missing parts
Everything is perfect i love the product but missing screws to install motor.

Instructions are a joke. But great machine/ set up.
It took about a wk to come. Pretty good. Everything in the boxes were in great condition, except one corner of the table, despite packaging. The instructions it came with are a joke. I legit laughed. But YouTube will save you. The video suggested by the seller below helps with the assembly of the table. For the machine, motor, and foot peddle I used four other videos. **Be sure to view a detailed video assembling the rubber belt and bobbin threader. All in all it’s a great machine. I’m happy with my purchase.

Parts missing, no instructions.
Was missing 3 main parts and 2 small screws and bolts. The machine is excellent once you get it installed It has no instructions for installing and there are no YouTube videos for this model. We had to hire an expert who had to go and buy a belt because it dis not come with a belt or a way to install the pullout drawer.

Very Hard to put together
Great Machine, I am a Fashion Designer and a professor who teaches construction so I know and trust Juki.Three stars as the assembly is a hassle!The Model shown in the photo has a newer version table and legs, the one I received is an older model, clunkier.The "instructions" that come in the box are garbage!!!Nothing is labelled.The table does not have holes for the alignment and placement of the legs, drawer or switch.Table is damaged in the front left corner, see photo.Look up cusew.com youtube video for how to assemble the table and machine for Juki DDL-8100Without this video I was so frustrated and angry and ready to give up. Took me 5 1/2 hours to put this together.The legs are supposed to attach with nuts into bore holes that are not drilled in the base - so another video a guy used screws to screw the legs and place - screws not provided - luckily I had some that I could use.I have to fine tune the belt as it is squealing a bit when in use, might be rubbing against one of the guards.

Doesn't make noise
Got this item for my husband it's such a great item it doesn't make any noise when he sewing.
