Compact yet spacious
I ordered an 8inch kadai.We had a cast iron one which is used every single day. Its a bit heavy I wanted one with similar dimensions yet lighter weight for travel or when I am no mood to lift the other one. Thats when we ordered this.From the day this kadai came, the other one is forgotten. This is light weight, yet iron. Easy to clean, and nice to manage.It still requires the effort needed to manage a cast iron kadai, like seasoning and oiling after every wash, but definitely worth it.
