The serum definitely works, I used it for 2 weeks I saw 5 to 6 % results, already. The problem is with the quantity. It's only 30 ml and it was over in 2 weeks, according to the bottle size the quantity can be increased

And about the shampoo i really don't know I tried it for two weeks (4 hair washed) it made my hair fall increase rather then decrease.
