Very disappointed. I finaly had the chance to use for an event and it was good for the 35 mins then it won't power up my camera... : ( 30 days already passed but i hope i can get a replacement.Update: RONFEN emailed me and received a replacement, thank you! Terrific service.

The standout feature of this power adapter is that it is powered by USB-C. (I have seen similar AC adapters by others - for example by NEEWER - but those typically use a dedicated AC power brick.)Use of the USB-C makes this adapter so much more convenient and portable, because you can even power this adapter using a portable USB-C power bank. In fact that's how I prefer to use this adapter, instead of using the (included) USB-C power brick/charger, because it's so much more convenient. There is less chance of the cord getting snagged, and I can even use the adapter and camera outdoors.This adapter seems to work perfectly with my decade old Canon EOS T2i DSLR (which uses a Canon LP-E8 type battery). I am giving it 5 stars.Likes:- Comes with a USB-C power brick (for plugging into an AC outlet)- The adapter also works with a standard USB-C power bank (not included). (Very convenient for portable use.)- Built-in green LED power indicator light in the little box that houses the DC-DC converter. (Can tell at a glance that the power is available.)- The adapter power cord includes an in-line DC plug/jack about a foot from the camera for easier handling. (You can easily unplug/plug-in in between camera use; no need to remove the battery adapter from the camera's battery compartment each time.)- The in-line DC plug/jack are the standard DC coaxial power connectors, commonly used for CCTV, etc.; the connector size is 5.5mm Outside Diameter/2.1mm Inside diameter. (You could easily extend the cord length using a ubiquitous CCTV DC power extension cord, if needed; I tried it and it worked great. You could also use a USB-C extension cord for the same purpose, of course.)- Very lightweight and compact. (Much smaller and lighter than the old style adapters with a bulky AC power brick.)(Minor) Dislike:- I would have liked it more if the cord was a little more flexible.As measured:- Length of the cord between the camera and the female DC jack (Size: 5.5mm OD/2.1mm ID): ~12 inches- Length of the cord between the male DC plug (Size: 5.5mm OD/2.1mm ID) and the USB-C connector: ~ 34 inches- Total cord length: About 45~46 inches.

These accessories quite good and most importantly worked perfect with my camera, they are well made and i haven’t had a single problem with any of them, they are super easy to use and as i mention were greatly compatible with my canon camera. 4 Stars

I used this on my Canon T4i and it worked perfectly. The battery adapter is a perfect fit in the battery compartment and the cables route easily.The power cable isn't that long, so if you are using the included 20W AC to USB-C adapter, you may need an extension cord. The power cord has a small brick in the middle of it that converts the USB-C power to what I measured at about 8.5 volts (which is higher that the 7.2 volts of the batteries). The brick also has a green LED light which is good to let you know you have power, but is bright enough to possibly picked up in photos. I ended up putting a piece of black tape on it to tone it down (you can still see some light out the sides of the brick).I like that this can be powered by the USB-C AC adapter or by a USB-C battery in case you want it to be portable. This device is a great solution if you need to keep you camera running a long time without interruption.

As a hobbyist photographer, I understand the frustration of constantly having to replace batteries or worrying about running out of power during a long shoot. That's why I was excited to try this AC power kit. The LP-E8 dummy battery and USB-C cable PD adapter have allowed me to use my older Canon EOS Rebel T2i camera without worrying about running out of battery life. This gives me the ability to power my camera continuously without having to constantly replace batteries. This is especially useful for longer shoots such as during time lapse shoots which may last for 8+ hours sometimes.One thing to note is that the cord length is about 4 feet so if you're using a tripod you will probably still need an extension cord. I am happy to report that I have had no issues with my kit and am grateful to have a reliable and convenient power source for my camera.Overall, I would give this product a 5-star review and highly recommend it to any photographers in need of a reliable and convenient power source for their Canon camera. It has definitely made my photography experience more enjoyable and hassle-free.
