Good build quality, great fit for scooter, great value for the money.

junk for a price
1st time i installed it. tried to load my Pride scooter, Could not get it over the ramp step. Lifted scooter on the ramp and then the ramp would not tilt down without 2 people. The reason i bought this carrier is i have a bad back, if i wanted to lift the scooter i would have lifted it into the truck, and saved 380.00

Rattles a lot
Well made rack but it is pretty noisy. Has a good bit of play in the connectors.

this is well made and works well. I am limited in what I can do, which is why I bought it. With my limitations, this is time consuming and difficult to operate. I am going to spend the money and buy an automatic carrier for my electric wheelchair. PS. The license plate is a problem. If you have help operating the ramp and tie down, and don't need to travel often or have very limited funds, this is a good, solid option.

Came broken
The media could not be loaded. This is junk. Do Not order. Came broken. Will Not tilt down. Rattles an shakes. Very unstable. Unsafe to use. Even bought a stabilizer still moves all over. Plus Will Not tilt to get scooter off. Returning and was told I have to pay shipping costs to return a damaged item sent to me ! Buyer beware !.
