These are so good for hydrating me with my daily adderall medication and taste so good. I’ve tried other flavors but the lemon is the best. I wish they weren’t so pricey but I’ll admit I’m addicted and need to have it every day first thing in the morning.I will say they might be cheaper on their website when you subscribe but I find the shipping takes longer than Amazon.

While I completely realize you shouldn't drink more than one a day, boy do I look forward to that one! Especially during the hotter, summer months where you sweat quite a bit while working outside. I can make one of these drinks to refresh myself as well as replacing vital electrolytes to my system. Great job Liquid IV!

The item is presented great but I did not like the flavor. It taste the same as AlkaSeltzer Cold Medicine. I add fresh lemon to my drinking water daily, so I thought I would like the flavor. It definitely has a medicine taste.

Tastes very good, mixes/dissolves quickly. I found that using 1/2 packet per 16.9 oz bottle of water was sufficient, using a whole paclet made the water taste overly sweet to me. Using a larger bottle of 24oz or more with a whole packet kept the flavor in balance well.The only thing keeping from a 5 star is the expensive price and the number of packets in a package. Costco does carry this brand in different flavors, 3x the amount of packets for a slightly higher price.The sugar-free options need to expand their flavors beyond raspberry-everything and lemon lime or sour flavors in general.

I got these for my hubby for work because he’s out in the heat all day and he was cramping and dehydrated and he said they work wonders and no more cramps!!! One a day keeps the cramps away!!!!

I use 1 Liquiv IV after every long workout I do (2-3 times a week) and I absolutely love them!! I feel recovered faster and have noticed that I’m less sore and less prone to muscle strains. I tend to dilute the packets into about 50ml of water (two large water bottles) to get more water in my system, but that’s just personal preference. I also love that these have 0 sugar! Great value for money and leaves me hydrated

Love Liquid IV for those days post hard workout and working outside in the garden. This flavor is one of my favorite and I like that it is no sugar. It mixes really well with water and I find the sugar free ones dissolve better. I subscribe and save this as my husband and I go through a pack a month.
