The media could not be loaded.  Came boxed and shipped well (see photos). Cushions are vacuumed sealed and basically sandwich the metal frame pieces which are also individually wrapped in bubble wrap and foam. Putting everything together was relatively easy as well. All the socket head bolts, except one, were easily screwed in by hand then finished with a 1/4-1/2 turn tighten with the hex key provided. To me, this speaks that the quality control is pretty high, can't tell you how many times I have ordered stuff with cheap hardware that doesn't line up correctly. It was nice that 1 extra bolt was provided in each size too. Only issue I had was I had installed the top plate of the ottoman in the wrong position so the locking bolt didn't line up (used to stop the rocking mechanism on the ottoman), so I had to reassemble 8 bolts. Just make sure it's line up correctly when assembling, it wasn't mentioned in the instructions (see photos for my mistake and correction)Ok, onto the actual chair. I was worried that it would be flimsy and not support my weight very well (180lbs), but despite how light weight everything was, there was no give once I sat down and tested out the rocking mechanism. The rocking mechanism is smooth, and I actually prefer it to the old school rocking chairs now that I have used it for a couple of days. The chair doesn't lock, but if the ottoman is locked from motion then it doesn't really matter. Only gripe here is that the ottoman is locked with 2 provided bolts, but there really isn't a place to put them when not in use. A built in locking mechanism would have been nice. I really these chairs. Look very nice on my Farmhouse porch. I had to paint all bolts black because they were too bright did not look right. The Cushions do not attach so the wind blows them off. Mature seem very sturdy and very roomy. Yeah

This was my first purchase of brand new patio chairs. I bought 2 sets. I absolutely love them.The chairs are sturdy, supportive and I anticipate that they will last for quite some time.Directions were easy to follow and chairs were easy to assemble. Once you put together the first one, the rest should be no problem.One of our chairs was missing the metal seat support. We contacted the seller who responded within an hour! They promptly sent us the missing part within a couple of days. Customer service was excellent. I would definitely purchase from them again.

These chairs are so oversized and comfortable. They look beautiful in our space, we had a few questions initially and reached out to the company, they answered back quickly and were super helpful. The rock is more of a glide and loosens up pretty quickly. The covers unzip making cleaning them a breeze! Well worth the money. We bought 4 sets in total for our fire pit and they have been a huge hit with everyone!

The footstool is our favorite aspect of the glider. The set has great fabric and was easy to put together. It glides smoothly and is perfect on the front porch for reading and putting your feet up.

Great outdoor patio set. One part was missing but they replaced ASAP. Very pleased with product and Seller!

Build was super easy, there are no small pieces apart from the screws. Assembly can be done in an hour or less. The only thing I would recommend is a second allen key for tightening the back frame.I haven’t figured out just where I want to place this but I wanted to take a picture of it once I built it. The set will fit great in my patio by the pool or fire pit.Definitely a great buy.

Our table was delayed in shipment and by the time we got it and put it out with the chairs it was noticeably different in color. The chairs have only been out for a week now and already are no longer black but are a dark gray. Disappointing to say the least. They are also very low to the ground to sit so if you are taller it’s harder on tall individuals. For me it was ok because I’m short but my husband is tall so it’s a struggle for him. Other than that they are nice deck chairs, the seat cushions are a little too thin so it gets uncomfortable with longer periods of sitting but most won’t sit out as long as we do I’m sure. These will definitely require seasonal repainting.
