Extra sharp for taste...white for teeth. This bulk purchase is a relatively good price today, tho bulk selected mindful of the new "bite" - of inflation at about $30.00 extra. This may cause me to seek more friends willing to share the joys as otherwise...it is a purchase for love and a test of a little extra home aging due to known consumption rates. Good news is...cheddar rates relatively high at surviving a few months in the freezer. (Yeah, I hear you shuddering - fresh aged is so good - will report.)

This is Tillamook's Premier Cheese packed in an impressive ten pound loaf. I gave them as special gifts in gift baskets and received rave compliments from recipients. Cheese just cannot taste any better. Pair it in the decorative creamery wrap and it is perfect. Expertly boxed and shipped in an insulated container.

I can only buy this brand because it is truly aged. For lactose intolerant people, newer cheeses are a problem. And this tastes wonderfully sharp.

If you like a good sharp Cheddar cheese, you will like this. It is the best I've found anywhere ,it is real smooth, strong, but not biting like other cheese I've eaten. Well worth the price.

First time was great, second time they didnt ship the package, thrid time package not sent dont buy from them looking scamish

My favorite cheddar made in the US, possibly the world. The big blocks are the way to purchase, keeps for plenty of time to finish them.

I will only buy this cheese from now on.

The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that I was disappointed to discover that it was the yellow cheese and not the white cheese I was expecting. The product description omitted to mention the color. I will contact the seller to enquire about white cheese.However, accepting that I ordered the wrong cheese, this is an excellent extra sharp cheese and will be entirely and voraciously consumed by my household.
