Q: Can this be used for my cat to get on and off my bed?

I would think your cat could use it, but it will take a good bit of floor space

It's great if you can get your pet to go up the ramp. Weight is about 10 pounds

I bought this. The ramp is a hard plastic and my dog would not use it. His paws slid on the ramp when walking up. I wasted my money.

Q: Can this be used to help get my Chocolate Lab into the tub?

Not if your lab hates baths. Ramp is slick and unstable. If your dog likes baths, then yes, if it isnt a whimp. My dog wound up being afraid of the ramp, so it didn't work. We got a couple bricks and carpet to make it more stable and comfortable, but he was still to scared.
