It’s hard to “prove” something works especially anecdotally but… my mom had to have episiotomies for 6 births so I was pretty worried about tearing. I was induced and had an overall rough birth, baby ended up being suction vacuumed out and while I did tear, I tore my labia and had a frontal vaginal tear, I did not tear my perineum. This was my first pregnancy/birth and even though I tore in other areas and required stitching, I 100% prefer that to the idea of tearing my perineum so I take this as a win. I’ve had two painless bowel movements so far and I think this device can take the credit for that. I only used this from week 37 to 39 but used 5x a week for 5-7 minutes with lubricant.

Bought it for my last month of pregnancy. the heating option made it way more comfortable than any other wand. After I delivered my son I used it as a breast massager when pumping or feeding and that was AMAZING. Any time I have a clogged duct or go to long without pumping the massager gets the milk flowing

I ordered this for pelvic pain and tightness due to something from the past. Due to the tightness, it has made certain activities painful. This has helped the muscles that need to relax do so to make adult time a little more pleasurable.

A great product not just for perinatal/childbirth concerns but also an excellent tool for chronic/persistent pelvic pain issues. This is essentially equivalent to the Intimate Rose vibrating wand. The buttons are a little hard to press. Otherwise, no complaints, and I regularly recommend this product to my pelvic pain clients.

Nice for perineal massage prior to delivery. I tore with my daughter and she was 6 lb 5 oz. With my last pregnancy, I did my best to do massage with my hands, but by the end it is difficult when your belly is big. I tried this with my second pregnancy and had a 8 lb 7 oz baby with no lacerations. This makes doing massage much easier.

I’m past child-bearing age, but a young female relative is just beginning her journey into motherhood, so I got this for her because she’s afraid of all the horror stories she hears about tearing the can occur during the birth process. I tested all the functions to make sure they work properly, and they appear to do so. It heats up rather slowly, but it does warm up and all the massage levels seem to function as expected. Of course, I didn’t actually use it on myself while testing. Just checked to make sure the features all worked. I’ve given it to her and hopefully she’ll find it helps. I don’t expect her to share her results with me though. That would be rather personal.
